Rental Policies

     Listed are the rules and guidelines that are required to rent a motorcycle.  Along with the policies there are Rental Agreement forms and a Rental Release form that you must read before the rental transaction takes place.  Please take the time to read these forms.  You are required to sign these forms acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the terms of the policy when you pick up the motorcycle.

• You must have a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement.
• Minimum age is 25 years old.
• Minimum of two years of riding experience.
• Must pass an observed riding skills test.
• Proof of current insurance of your personal vehicle.
• Current registration of your personal vehicle.
• Purchasing MBA Insurance coverage is required.
• Helmet, gloves, protective eyewear, and proper shoes are required.
• Helmet is included with rental free of charge.
• A $1000.00 damage deposit is required for all rentals.
• Passenger liability is not covered; a waiver is required for a passenger.
• Must obey all traffic laws.
• If under the influence of drugs or alcohol during an incident you will have no insurance coverage and will be held personally liable.

Payment/Reservation/Cancellation

• Visa and Master Card accepted.
• With each rental reservation, an $120.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid which will be applied against the rental rate.
• Reservations for rentals over 4 days will be charged a $150.00 non-refundable reservation deposit which will be applied against the rental rate.  
• Must give us 48 hours notice of cancellation. 
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to reservation will forfeit reservation deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged full payment.
• Under unusual circumstances requiring cancellation, deposit may be applied to future rentals.
